SquidCheck ™ offers printing and verification of barcodes printed on your crates, trays, pipes or other products. SquidCheck uses Cognex® barcode readers, the world's most trusted barcode and industrial reading company. The reader is integrated with the printer Squid Ink and interface SquidCheck to ensure codes are present, scannable, and accurate.

Identify and eliminate failures from the production line

SquidCheck allows users to take control of the packing line automatically. After the code is printed, the reader reads the code while the SquidCheck communicates with the printer to confirm that it is a valid code to print. Code errors are identified and rejected as needed, and security features are provided SquidCheck which only correct and properly coded products go to the next stage of the production line.

Capture performance data from each code

Performance data is captured, stored and can be transferred to business systems for evaluation or better visibility. Users can get images and feedback for each code or just bugs as needed.

Analyze print data and make improvements

System SquidCheck collects valuable data on reader and printer performance and automatically catalogs each code. By analyzing data trends, users can identify problems resulting from improper printer setup or maintenance and help improve overall coding efficiency.
